Pork Loin in Traditional Mole Sauce

Take your taste buds on a world tour and you don’t even have to leave Puerto Vallarta to do it.

Daiquiri Dick’s Restaurant is known for its international cuisine and during the Summer Sizzle Menu, World Flavors, they are featuring a wide selection of tastes. There are three courses for $350 pesos and choices for each course or you can order a la carte.

Executive Chef Ignacio Uribe, Chef de Cuisine Hugo Mejia and Sous Chef Rogelio Garcia have created a spectacular array of dishes with authentic flavors but with new twists.

The menu runs from August 10 to 22, 2016, and is featured along with the regular menu and dinner is served from 5 to 10:30pm.

World Flavors Menu

*Summer salad with mustard vinaigrette, radicchio, endive, zucchini, carrot, cucumber, arugula and mixed herbs
*Charred Tomatillo Soup with parmesan cheese
*Peruvian Style Ceviche with mahi mahi, sweet potato, corn and habanero chile

Main Courses
*Pork Loin in Traditional Mole Sauce, served with pureed plantains 
*Thai Style Barbecued Chicken with steamed rice 
*Drunken Noodles with Shrimp and salsa negra with onions, sweet bell peppers and Thai queen basil 

*Tarte Tatin (aka Apple Upside-Down) 
*Flourless Chocolate Torte with berry sauce 

The restaurant will be closed on Tuesdays until late October and closed for September.
