Siu Mai with Pork and Shrimp, Gingered Soy Sauce

The internationally inspired menu at Daiquiri Dick's is adding even more flare by having a bi-weekly special a la carte dinner menu during the spring. Take your taste buds on a world tour and you don’t even have to leave Puerto Vallarta to do it.

For the next two weeks it is a variety of World Flavors. The menu runs from April 20 to 30, 2016. Dinner is served from 5 to 10:30pm. The regular a la carte menu is also available. 

Executive Chef Ignacio Uribe, Chef de Cuisine Hugo Mejia and Sous Chef Rogelio Garcia have created dishes with authentic flavors but with new twists. You will be not be disappointed.

Main Courses
*Local Sea Bass in Oaxacan Black Chipotle Sauce, served with puréed plantains
*Seared Duck Breast with Shitaki Mushroom Risotto with miso and gochuchang sauce
*Rigatoni with Shrimp in a light poblano cream sauce

*Warm Flourless Chocolate Cake ala Mode
*Ancho Chile infused Chocolate Crème Brûlée
