Peruvian Style Chicken

The internationally inspired menu at Daiquiri Dick's is adding even more flare by having a weekly special a la carte dinner menu in addition to their regular menu. Take your taste buds on a world tour and you don’t even have to leave Puerto Vallarta to do it.

This week it is a variety of World Flavors. The menu runs from February 29 to March 6, 2016.

Executive Chef Ignacio Uribe, Sous Chef Hugo Mejia and Sous Chef Rogelio Garcia have created dishes with authentic flavors but with new twists. Dinner is served from 5 to 11pm.

*Peruvian Style Ceviche with Mahi Mahi, Sweet Potato, Cor n and Habanero Chile
*Grilled Octopus with Lemon Sauce
*Arugula Salad with Grilled Grapes, Almonds, Mushrooms and Celery with a Cherry Tomato Vinaigrette

Main Courses
*Peruvian Style Chicken Adobado with a Jalapeño Sauce, served over Grilled Vegetables
*Linguine with Artichokes, Shrimp, Capers, Parsley and a White Wine Beurre Blanc Sauce
*Grilled Fresh Sea Bass with Miso~Gochujang Glaze served on a bed of Steamed Rice, Napa Cabbage, Carrots and Green Beans

Desserts
*Baklava - Classic Phyllo Pastry with Almonds
*Molten Chocolate Cake

Daiquiri Dick's is well known for its international menu and this weekly special menu only emphasizes that.

During the winter season reservations are recommended, 222 0566. Just a note about our reservation policy. Reservations are held for a maximum of 15 minutes. They do not guarantee particular tables, although they make every effort to accommodate requests. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity of all reservations.
