Take your taste buds on a world tour and you don’t even have to leave Puerto Vallarta to do it.

Visit Daiquiri Dick’s Restaurant for their changing weekly special menu, World Flavors. The menu runs from May 6 to 14, 2015.

Executive Chef, Ignacio Uribe and Sous Chef, Hugo Mejia have created an array of dishes with authentic flavors but with new twists.

This a la carte menu is featured along with the regular menu and dinner is served from 5 to 11pm.

*Nicaragua Style Beef Salpicon served over Lettuce with Red Onion, Avocado, Tomato and Local Fresh Cheese
*Pork Confit Vigorón with Yucca and Spicy Cabbage Slaw served on a Banana Leaf

*Corn Soup with Vadouvan Spices

*Jamaican Grilled Chicken with Jerk Seasoning served with Rice and Fresh Mango Sauce
*San Blas Shrimp in Jamaican Curry with Onions, Tomatoes and Bell Peppers served with white rice
*Puerto Rican Roast Pork Shoulder served with Rice, Beans and Gravy

*Gingerbread Roulade with Dulce de Leche Cream Filling
*Passion Fruit Custard

This commitment to excellence in dining helps keep the process interesting for the chefs, as well as for the patrons.  Chef Ignacio says, “It helps us expand our expertise.
