US West Coast Menu

You have a chance to sample innovative food during the Winter Weekly Special's Menu at Daiquiri Dick's restaurant in sunny Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Every week visit a different country or region and December 28 - 30, 2015 and January 1 - 3, 2016, the US West Coast is the chosen culinary destination. There is a special menu for New Year's Eve.

Executive chef, Ignacio Uribe, Chef de Cuisine Hugo Mejia and Sous Chef Rogelio Garcia have come up with some great dishes. This is an a la carte menu and dinner is served from 5 to 11pm. Reservations are highly recommended to secure the time and table you desire, 222 0566. The regular a la carte menu is also available.

*Seared Scallops with Sweet Corn-Basil Purée with Cherry Tomato and Watercress Salad
*Sea Bass Chowder with Corn, Tomato and Cheddar Cheese
*Spinach Salad with Hazelnuts, Blue Cheese and a Balsamic Vinaigrette

Entrées
*Grilled Escolar (Butterfish) with Warm Champagne Vinaigrette and Capers served over a bed of apple braised red cabbage with bacon

*Catalán Style Paella with, Shrimp, Calamari, Crab and Scallops. Chicken and House made Chorizo

*Porchetta Natalizia (stuffed and rolled pork) stuffed with Pine Nuts, Raisins, Bread, Mortadella and fresh sage and rosemary

*Lemon Cream Tart
*Boston Cream Pie
