You don’t have to be an American to celebrate its Independence Day with great food and fun.  The chefs at Daiquiri Dick's have created a special menu that’s a backyard BBQ with international flair.  

The Summer Sizzle, American Independence day menu runs July 1 to 8, 2015. You can order three courses for $299 pesos, with choices for each course or you can select your favorite appetizer, entrée or dessert a la carte.

Executive Chef Ignacio Uribe, Chef de Cuisine Jugo Mejia and Sous Chef Rogelio Garcia developed these amazing recipes and dinner served from 5 to 11pm.

*Farm Stand Tomato Soup with Arugula Pesto and Goat Cheese Toast
*Red, White and Blue Berry Salad with Feta Cheese and Raspberry Vinaigrette
*Grilled Vegetable Brochette with Chimichurri Sauce

*Rosemary Chicken Cooked under a Brick, served with Potato Salad with Bacon
*Grilled Beef Burger on a Kaiser Roll, with Sauteed Mushrooms and Swiss Cheese, served with Fried Sweet Potato
*Blackened Salmon over Poblano-Corn Relish with Cherry Tomato Sauce
