Mexico is world reknowned for its cuisine. Every region of the country has its specialties and you can sample some of those at Daiquiri Dick's Restaurant in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

The famous Summer Sizzle runs through the end of August. The flavors of Mexico are featured June 17 to 22, 2015. There are three courses for $299 pesos and choices for each course or you can order your favorite appetizer, entrée or dessert a la carte.

Executive Chef Ignacio Uribe, Chef de Cuisine Jugo Mejia and Sous Chef Rogelio Garcia have chosen some spectacular recipes and dinner served from 5 to 11pm.

Appetizers
*Cream of Avocado with Panela Cheese
*Two White Fish Ceviche Tostadas with Habanero Chile
*Flag Salad with Cherry Tomatoes, Watercress, Fresh Panela and a Cilantro-Jalapeño Vinaigrette

Main Courses
*Grilled White Fish Fillet Marinated al Pastor and served with Mexican Rice and Grilled Pineapple Sauce
*Pork Tenderloin with Black Oaxacan Mole, served over Pureed Plantains
*Grilled Chicken Breast with Pumpkin Seed Mole and Mexican Rice

Desserts
*Oaxacan Chocolate Flan
*Churros with Chocolate Sauce
*Banana Bread Pudding with Warm Chocolate Sauce
