The Summer Sizzle Menu event kicks off at Daiquiri Dick's Restaurant in Puerto Vallarta on June 4, 2014. You get three courses for $299 pesos and choices for each course. Each week there is a different menu. Take a vacation without ever leaving the city.

Executive Chef, Ignacio Uribe and his kitchen team have been working on all the sensational dishes they will be preparing. This week’s menu features the flavors of Asia focusing on Thailand and Vietnam. It will run from Wednesday, June 4 through Monday, June 9, 2014 and dinner is served from 5pm until 11pm. A complimentary beverage is also included. The regular a la carte menu is available, too.

Starters
Siu Mai with Pork and Shrimp served with a Gingered Soy Sauce

Thai Spicy-Garlicky Steamed Mussels
Coconut Soup with Lemongrass and Shrimp

White Fish Fillet with Bacon, Oyster Sauce and Ginger, served over Steamed Rice

Thai Style Barbecued Chicken with Rice
Drunken Pasta with Shrimp and Salsa Negra with Onions, Sweet Bell Peppers and Thai Basil

The Summer Sizzle menu will be changed every week and the special will run through the end of August. The weekly theme will be a country like France or Spain or a region like the Mediterranean or there could be a medley. It is time to take your taste buds on a world tour.

Daiquiri Dick's is closed on Tuesdays until October. Enjoy a colorful sunset and equally colorful dinner.
