You don’t have to be an American to celebrate its Independence Day with great food and fun.  The chefs at Daiquiri Dick's have created a special menu that’s a picnic feast with international flair.  This is part of the Summer Sizzle menu and this particular selection runs July 2 through 7, 2014.

Daiquiri Dick's Summer Sizzle Menu offers diners a three course meal with choices for each course for just $299 pesos per person and this includes a complimentary beverage.

Here's a look at what's on the menu.

Starters
Farm Stand Tomato Soup with Arugula Pesto and Goat Cheese Toasts
Red, White and Blue Berry Salad with Feta Cheese and Raspberry Vinaigrette
Grilled Vegetable Brochette with Chimichurri Sauce

Entrées
Rosemary Chicken cooked under a brick, served with Potato Salad with Bacon
Grilled Beef Burger on a Kaiser Roll, with Sautéed Mushrooms and Swiss Cheese served with Fried Sweet Potato Wedges
Blackened Salmon over Poblano/Corn Relish with Cherry Tomato Sauce

The restaurant's tropical location on Los Muertos Beach offers the perfect atmosphere for enjoying light fare, cold drinks and cool breezes during the hot summer season.

From June 1st through the end of August, the Summer Sizzle Menu will feature a different region's cuisine, so look for new choices every week.

The Summer Sizzle Menu is available for dinner only, 5-11pm, but stop by any time. Open from 9 am to 11pm everyday except Tuesdays during the summer.
