Mother's Day Brunch

It is a day where many people go out of their way to show their moms exactly how much they mean to them. What a great opportunity to treat this special woman to a wonderful brunch.

On Sunday, May 10, 2015 between 10am and 3pm make Daiquiri Dick's Restaurant a necessary stop on Mother's Day. There's terrace, patio and beach dining available.

Executive Chef Ignacio Uribe and Sous Chef Jorge H. Mejia have created a Mother's Day Festival. There's a spectacular two course brunch with choices for each course for only $215 pesos. There is also an extraordinary dinner menu, too.

Here's a look at the brunch extravaganza:

A Mimosa or Bloody Mary
Orange Juice and Coffee or Tea and a Pecan Cinnamon Roll

First Course, a choice of:
Banana Foster Crepes with Chocolate Sauce and Whipped Cream
Mixed Berry Parfait with Yogurt, Granola and Honey

Second Course, a choice of:
Eggs Benedict with Cajun Style Fried Oysters served over house made English Muffins with Holandaise Sauce
Machaca with Eggs, Poblano Chile, Onions and Tomatoes, served with Refried Beans and Corn or Flour Tortillas
Chilaquiles with Red or Green Sauce, and Choice of Grilled Chicken Breast or Eggs served with Refried Beans
Beef Tips with Ranchero Sauce served with Refried Beans, Guacamole and Tortillas
Fried Eggs with Traditional Mole, served with Refried Beans and Hash Brown Potatoes
Egg White Omelette with Panela Cheese, and Sautéed Corn, Zucchini, and Cherry Tomatoes, served with Hash Brown Potatoes
