Italian food and culture go hand in hand. Many Italians believe food is not merely a means for survival, it defines them. The main ingredient for any Italian dish is the simple enjoyment of the feast with family and friends accompanied by good conversation and plenty of time.

At the same time, it’s all about traditional, local food and celebrating regional diversity. Every dish, even the most simple, has roots in the past and traditions of that particular region. You can travel from northern Italy to southern Italy and you may never get the same dish twice.

Executive Ignacio Uribe at Daiquiri Dick’s restaurant is celebrating the cuisine of Italy with a special a la carte menu, which runs December 22 –29, 2014. Dinner is served from 5 to 11pm.

*Spaghetti with Ragú a la Bolognese made with Beef Ribs, Sirloin Tips, Ground Beef, Mortadella and finished with Parmigiano - Molto Delizioso!
