Daiquiri Dick's restaurant is a culinary gem in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. There are inspired bites, enticing cocktails and sensational meals which you can enjoy on the terrace, patio or beach.

Executive Chef Ignacio Uribe and his team use local, fresh ingredients and their recipes are inspired by the warmth and importance of incorporating locally raised ingredients and supporting sustainability in Banderas Bay.

Every week there is a special a la carte menu and this week it if fusion. There's a bit of something from everywhere and the parts make a whole great feature menu which runs from December 29, 2014 to January 4, 2015. Dinner is served from 5 to 11pm.
