Easter Menu


It is a celebration of spring and a deeply religious holiday. Easter is celebrated all over the world and in many ways. Food is usually one of the highlights. Daiquiri Dick's in Puerto Vallarta is featuring a unique menu for the festivities.

Executive Chef Ignacio Uribe, Chef de Cuisine Hugo Mejia and Sous Chef Rogelio Garcia have decided to take a North American tour for Easter. Each country has an appetizer, main course and dessert. The great thing is that you can mix and match this a la carte menu. Dinner is served from 5 to 11pm every night and this menu is featured March 26 and 27, 2016.

Easter in Canada
*Fresh Asparagus Tart with White Cheddar y Goat Cheese
*Roast Leg of Lamb stuffed with Artichokes and Spinach, with rosemary garlic roasted potatoes and green beans
*Butter Tart Cheescake with Pecans

Easter in United States
*Stuffed Eggs with smoked salmon and capers
*Balsamic-Maple glazed Baked Ham with scalloped potatoes and asparagus custard tart
*Strawberry Short Cake with whipped cream

Semana Santa en Mexico
*Avocado, Grilled Mango and Watercress Salad with a jalapeños mango vinaigrette
*Duck Breast in Oaxacan Black Mole Sauce with pureed plantains
*Capirotada - Mexican Easter Bread Pudding

The regular a la carte menu is also available.

During the spring season reservations are recommended, 222 0566. Just a note about our reservation policy. Reservations are held for a maximum of 15 minutes. They do not guarantee particular tables, although they make every effort to accommodate requests. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity of all reservations.
