What a great time to gather family and friends to celebrate Christmas at Daiquiri Dick's Restaurant in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The weather is perfect, the sunset will be sensational and the meal will be gourmet.

Executive Chef, Ignacio Uribe, Chef de Cuisine Hugo Mejia and Sous Chef Rogelio Garcia have developed a memorable holiday menu with choices for each course.

Here is the special a la carte Christmas Dinner Menu which will be served on December 24 and 25, 2015 from 5 to 11pm.

*Roasted Carrot Soup with Toasted Pistachios, Spices and Yogurt
*Baby Spinach Salad with Pine Nuts, Raisins, Chickpeas, Cranberries and Grilled Pears with a Champagne Vinaigrette
*Bruschetta with Caramelized Onions, Blue Cheese and a Balsamic Drizzle

*Traditional Turkey Dinner with all the Trimmings, Homemade Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Cranberry Relish and Gravy
*Rack of Pork with Apple-Pear and Cranberry Sauce served with Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans
*Linguine with Grilled Chicken Breast and Walnut Parsley Pesto
