What a great time to gather family and friends to celebrate Christmas at Daiquiri Dick's Restaurant in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The weather is perfect, the sunset will be sensational and the meal will be gourmet.

Executive Chef, Ignacio Uribe, Chef de Cuisine Hugo Mejia and Sous Chef Rogelio Garcia have developed a memorable holiday menu with choices for each course.

Here is the special a la carte Christmas Dinner Menu which will be served on December 24 and 25, 2016 from 5 to 11pm.

Starters
*Roasted Carrot Soup with Toasted Pistachios, Spices and Yogurt
*Arugula Salad with Apples, pomegranate seeds, jicama, candied pecans with a mandarin orange vinaigrette

*Grilled Octopus with cherry tomatoes, romaine and a lemon garlic dressing

Entrées
*Traditional Turkey Dinner with all the Trimmings, Homemade Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Cranberry Relish and Gravy
*Prosciutto Wrapped Pork Tenderloin, rolled in fresh herbs, served with two styles of apple chutney, mashed potatoes and haricot verts
*Linguine with Grilled Shrimp and Walnut-parsley Pesto

Desserts
*Cranberry Pecan Apple Tarte a la Mode
*Pumpkin Cheese Cake
