A lifetime of experience in one meal. Executive Chef Ignacio Uribe has worked at Daiquiri Dick's for close to 20 years working his way up from dishwasher to running the kitchen. He enjoys preparing great food for the guests and this week he is offering some of his favorite recipes.

Daiquiri Dick's is the only restaurant in Puerto Vallarta that offers a weekly special menu in addition to their regular a la carte menu. There is a different theme every week, whether it be a country, world region or like this week, the chef's favorites. Dinner is served from 5 to 9pm.

The Chef's Choice Menu runs April 13 through 19, 2016 and here's a look at the tasty choices.

Appetizers
*Fig and Rosemary Focaccia with Pecorino

*Warm Green Beans and Grilled Lettuce in Anchovy Butter

*Cauliflower and Cashew Soup with Apple, Ginger, Cinnamon and Yogurt

Entrées
*Citrus-Marinated Pork Chops with Orange and Lemon Zest, Lemon Juice, Honey and Garlic, served with Cauliflower Slaw with jalapeño, cilantro, shredded coconut, cashews and shallots

*Pan seared Salmon with Quinoa and beet salad with Yogurt-dill and horseradish sauce

*Rigatoni with Duck Breast, Shallots, Sage, Marsala wine, Parmesan Cheese and topped with crispy leeks
