It is the meal that epitomizes a slower start to your Sunday, maybe because many people are able to sleep in on the weekends, making a late breakfast and early lunch combination more appealing.

A typical brunch combines elements of breakfast and lunch, reflecting the fact that it is supposed to serve for both meals.

Daiquiri Dick's Restaurant in Puerto Vallarta features and exquisite Sunday brunch menu. Executive Chef Ignacio Uribe, Chef de Cuisine Jugo Mejia and Sous Chef Rogelio Garcia keep came up with new and exciting dishes to round out the multi-course brunch menu.

Brunch is served every Sunday through the end of August from 10am to 2pm and the cost is $175 pesos. Here's your slow Sunday start.

*French Toast made with House Baked Challah Bread, Bananas, Pecans and Cinnamon
*Pancakes with Chocolate Chips, Bananas and Pecans or Apples and Raisins
*Divorciados - Two Fried Eggs with Red and Green Sauces on a Corn Tortilla
*Ham and Cheese Omelette
*Chilaquiles with Grilled Chicken or your choice of Eggs
*Tostada Bean Tower with Tomatillo Salsa, Cotija Cheese and Fried Eggs
*Machaca with Eggs, Poblano Chile, Onions and Tomatoes served with Refried Beans and Corn or Flour Tortillas

These are some suggested beverages to go along with the Sunday Brunch and these are sold by the glass or pitcher.
